Power washing

There is a BIG difference between pressure washing and POWER washing . Pressure washing means no chemical agents are applied or nominal chemicals are used having mold and mildew returning within 2 - 4 months. Our process is LOW pressure only with a chemical retardant that lasts between 1-2 years depending on mother nature.

Rust removal

Minor rust stains can be removed using a proprietary chemical that will not take off the outer seal of the affected surface. Inspections are of course free of charge.

Screen Repair

We can replace old screen material and give your windows a fresh new look. A lot of companies use identical material but the material we use insulates more fficiently and lasts twice as long. If your screens shows signs of wear (aluminum becomes visible) we would be happy to beautify your windows with the screen color of your choice.
